This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for services purchased from EgoHoster LLC (“EgoHoster”, “we”, “our”). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to this Policy.
1. General Refund Terms
EgoHoster provides digital hosting services that begin immediately after payment.
Because of this, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method and only when eligible.
2. Hosting Services Refunds
Refunds for hosting plans may be available within 24–72 hours of the initial purchase, depending on service activation and usage.
Refunds are not available if:
- The service was fully used or abused
- The customer violated the Terms or AUP
- A migration, installation, or configuration was completed
- Significant server resources were consumed
EgoHoster reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet acceptable criteria.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services cannot be refunded under any circumstances:
- Domain registrations or transfers
- Domain renewals
- SSL certificates
- Dedicated IP addresses
- Server upgrades
- Software licenses
- Setup or configuration fees
- One-time service fees
- VPS or Dedicated Server plans once activated
These items are purchased from external providers and cannot be reversed.
4. Renewals
Renewals of any service are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for managing their renewal settings.
If a service renews and you no longer need it, future renewals can be canceled, but past renewals are not refundable.
5. Suspensions and Terminations
Refunds are not issued if your service is suspended or terminated due to:
- Violation of the AUP
- Illegal activity
- Malware, spam, or security abuse
- Payment disputes or chargebacks
Chargebacks result in automatic service termination.
6. EU Consumer Notice
For EU customers:
By purchasing digital hosting services and activating them immediately, you acknowledge and agree that the EU 14-day withdrawal right does not apply once service delivery has begun.
This is in accordance with EU consumer law regarding digital services.
7. How to Request a Refund

We respond within 24–48 hours.
8. Changes to This Policy
EgoHoster may update this Refund Policy at any time.
